
Introduction
The stoplog structure is constructed for flood gate maintenance and repair works purpose and is designed to maintain both the upstream and downstream water.
Description
The stoplogs are installed by the means of lifting beam, the stoplogs guide groove shall provide the accurate movement into the stoplog bay. Weir stoplogs consists of seals on their sides, sill and between panels. The design of panels will be identical or such that each resists the corresponding pressure when stacked on top of each other in the frame guides.

• It can be designed to be embedded in concrete, wall mount or face mounted in existing channel.
• The sealing system with excellent tightness to prevent leak between logs and minimize friction during operation by assure no metal-to-metal contact to extend seal life.
Stoplogs Assembly
The stoplog assembly forms the barrier to the flow of water and consists of the following:
• Skin Plate,
• Roller wheels,
• Stoplog seal,
• Main I-Beam.
Lifting Beam Assembly
The lifting beam assembly provides the lifting structure when hoisting the stoplog and consists of the following:
- Roller wheels,
- Main structure channel,
- Wire rope, shackle & turnbuckle.
